Custom Orders made with the measurements provided by the customer are not able to be returned. Please ensure that all measurements provided are CORRECT. Please do not base your sizing off previous wig companies sizing charts please

take your measurements according to the chart.

CUSTOM WIGS

There is a 7-21 Business Day Turnaround Timeframe and a 1-3 day Shipping Timeframe. If it has not exceeded 21 business days for your custom wig order please reframe from email  or texting regarding an update. Once your order has been completed it will ship out within the 7-21 Business Day (Monday-Friday).

 

Cosmetics:

For all cosmetics please allow 1 business day for processing and 5 business days to receive your order.

Local Pick-up

If you are local in the Birmingham area you do have the option to pick up your items in person. Please wait to receive a notification letting you know that your items are ready before you leave.
